Keyholding and alarm response services

We provide fast and effective keyholding and alarm response services throughout London, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, for a wide range of properties and organisations. While our priority remains the security and protection of your premises and personnel, our highly-trained security officers will also provide a courteous, professional and helpful service with duties that extend beyond security.

We are an approved SIA Contractor for the provision of security guarding and keyholder services. All of our services are supported by our 24-hour control room, which manages the dispatch of our keyholding and alarm response teams and also provides a point of contact for clients at any time of day or night.

Keyholding services

We provide a flexible keyholding service, tailored to the needs of your organisation. Duties range from simply entrusting us with a spare key for your premises, to providing valued members of your team who assist with day-to-day operations such as scheduled open up or lock down of your premises, out of hour’s contractor access, alarm setting and more.

Alarm and emergency response services

Our alarm response security teams provide fast and professional response to an alarm activation situation, 24-hours a day on weekends and bank holidays and from 18:00 – 06:00 on weekdays. Our teams will conduct full patrols upon arrival, reset alarms and manage any emergency situation. In addition, we can arrange for emergency repairs to be carried out to ensure that your premises are secure. Our officer will remain on site for as long as is required and liaise via our Control Room at all times.
