24/7 Control Room

Guardforce Security Services Limited utilises a 24 hours control room from where our experienced control room staff assists both our clients and officers round the clock. Our fully trained control room operators will answer every call and provide a rapid service to all our clients through the management and supervisory team.

The control room is the hub where all security personnel are being monitored from. As part of our quality management commitment, Guardforce Security Services Limited operates a system to time manage all of our guards’ booking on and off procedures, as well as providing a one-to-one telephone service in the form of routine check calls, to ensure our guards are always alert and safe through their hours of duty.

Our control room is equipped with state of the art close circuit television, time delayed security devices and alarm systems, together with adequate desktop computers as well as direct telephone lines.

Guardforce Security Services Ltd uses an overseas supplier that is not covered by the scope of the ACS approval.
