Supervision

Our supervisors make regular and unannounced visits during any hours that we have a security officer operating on your premises, including at night and over weekends. Supervisors sign in the Assignment Logs and produce a report of their findings. In addition, welfare visits are regularly carried out to ensure our officers are receiving adequate support and assistance and that your premises are safe and protected.

 

Removing Staff

We believe that our clients have the right to request the removal of a security officer from site for whatever reason. We will always comply with your requirements in this respect. In every case we undertake a documented investigation to ensure such eventualities are minimised.

Contingency Planning

As with any service industry provider, our security officers can be ill or require other short notice absences, and are entitled to take annual holidays. Guardforce Security Services Limited will take any measures to ensure that such occurrences do not compromise the level of service our clients expect.

In the case of unplanned and sudden absences, our managers will do everything they can to reduce the impact on our clients. We will make sure that the security officer waiting to be relieved remains on site until a suitably trained replacement is available (usually within 90 minutes). Our management team will select the most suitable relief officer from our team who will attend to your premises immediately. A member of our management or supervisory team will personally take over duties should there be more than 90 minutes delay in the relief officer being available.

Pre-planned holidays are similarly covered through the pool of fully trained relief officers. In this way we ensure that the standard of service remains at the same high level on the rare occasions when the regular security officer is not available.

 

Staffing

At Guardforce Security Services Limited, we deliver a service appropriate to our clients’ needs. We place a great emphasis on the calibre of officers deployed to protect your premises. Our standard recruitment and selection procedures are based on recruiting specific personnel to meet clients’ specific site needs.  Furthermore, we offer our clients the opportunity to interview all prospective security officers prior to deployment.

 

Security Screening & Vetting

All officers and administration staff are vetted for a period of five years before an offer of employment is made. A probationary period of three months enables our supervisors and management team to confirm the officer’s suitability to our company and clients’ needs.
